weird symptoms

Hi,
I'm 47 year old NASH patient with cirrhosis.
My question regards a new symptoms I am having. During the past several days I have had 2 (spells)
of full blown allergic reaction ( hives, difficulty swallowing, rapid heart rate ,cold chills, nausea, etc.)There appears to be no triggers ( no new meds , no environmental changes etc. )Benadryl  helps but it takes several hours and I'm exhausted the next day. Can the changes occurring in my Liver cause this. My cirrhosis is at stage A.

some of the symptoms you describe could be related to hypoglycemia; I agree that you cannot ascribe them to NASH-related liver disease.

i do not think this is related to NASH-related liver disease although it could potentially be due some medications that you might be taking, such as for diabetes.

Thank you for the reply
The only meds I take are metformin, zocor and novolog all of which I have taken for years. But don't want to blame everything on my LIver.
