scared and confused

Im 23 and in good health I think. recently I woke up with spots on my chest they are small round light brown spots. They dont itch and I havent had no symptom of cold or anything else besides feeling very tired. the spots havent expanded in size and there not any where else on my body. theres maybe two or three in front of my neck, not around just in front and the spots go as far down to my breast nothing lower than the nipple area. what culd they be?

Hi,

It would be best to have yourself examined by a physician.

Some of the things to look for would be distribution, and characteristics of the spots, regularity of shape and color, size, reaction to touch, symptoms such as itch or numbness or pain. The most common cause of tiny spots would be reactions to drugs or viral infections.
