Lung cancer and chest pain

I had a few questions about my lungs and potential/increasing health problems.

About me:

I am 19 yrs old and sophmore in college. I use to live in California where it is sunny and now I live in Seattle where it is rainy and no sunlight. I been smoking  cigarettes and occasionally marijuana for over five years now, and drink alcohol probably once to three times a week for about four years now. I also live in a dirty fraternity house that is probably full of pathogens constantly and tons of guys get sick all time. Since two years ago, I haven't done competitive sports and I have noticed that my lung capacity has fallen greatly since not doing nearly as much strenuous aerobic exercise and gym time for surfing, football and other sports. Also I been hacking phlegm as it contains black spots in it from possibly tar from my lungs that can come out in either pretty dark green color or clear thick mucous when it comes out. When I get sick though I notice that my phlegm turns bright green color, but not yellow. For some reason I never feel healthy, and I notice that since not doing competitive sports I see that I tend to have nervous twitches as if I feel like I constantly have to move over short period of time. I feel as if I'm maybe losing some motor skills as twitches seem evident. I also haven't been able to get great sleep, because everyone in the house never sleeps. Recently I have noticed that I have been burping a lot and started to notice increasing chest pain from either after smoking (worst) or not from smoking from just going about my day. I wanted to say that the burping would have came from coffee, adoral and cigarettes that would lead to acidosis in my lungs. So naturally I take Tums extra strength and it seems to suppress the burping and most of the pain. I lately also been taking tons of lung vitamins and it appears there is a definite change as I feel way better as if cigarettes don't do anything to me, but once the supplements end it goes right back to where it once was where I would have a smoking cough and pretty tired all time as caffeine drives me through my day. My blood pressure seems to be normal, but I notice if I run my heart rate is significantly higher than ever before and takes longer to calm down. Last my mom was diagnosed with benign cancer this summer, and therefore it would be in my genetics and I am prone to cancer.

Questions:

1) Does this sound like I need to get scans for my lungs to search for potential cancer?
2) Potential heart disease?
3) Motor neurons seem to fire incorrectly as result from twitching?
4) Something I should take? Or particular vitamin?

So I am trying to figure out what I should do and I'm limited on money. I blame my health completely on my lifestyle and prone from genetics, but does this seem to be very serious issue that I need to seek out real professional help like get really checked up?

Well I try to eat at least 5 different kinds of either fruits or vegetables, but probably not in large enough amounts. I take the supplements to just make sure to be cautious about my health. As of now I don't have any issues, but if I had long term infection or obstructive lung disease that is not obvious at the moment and is still lingering around is there some way I would be able to stop it from spreading or limit its workings? Is there a supplement that I can be taking that does a deep cleansing of my respiratory system to help my immunity or some way to increase my anti-bodies if the infection were to come back? Everyday I try to limit my intake of pathogens into my system, but I feel as if there is a better way of going about it.
