List of symptoms and lab results

I have been from doctor to doctor and continue to experience overwhelming apathetic gaslighting responses from all doctors and specialists. I have done my own research as much as possible, but obviously am not a doctor, so I cannot diagnose myself. I am on my fourth doctor. I have been to dozens of chiropractors, physical therapists. I have seen a pain management specialist, an orthopedic surgeon. I have had spinal injection therapy. I have done spinal decompression, massage therapy, yoga, and taken many different pain meds that haven't seemed to work at all. Because of the unfortunate response from physicians, I have taken it upon myself to get the following labs done. I will include my results. I am also going to list my ongoing symptoms and limitations. What else should I be trying to get tested? Any suggestions?

ANA, with reflex to titer - Positive with results of 1:160
Sedimentation rate - 32
