I dunno about carrying my own bags to the super market. Talk about germs! Yuck E -Coli would be plentiful. Can you imagine? Yuck!
It would be great to not shave but i am sure it would feel like walking barefoot thru a pine forest!!
I was wondering where this post went...it got moved I see! I actually went to the Farmer's Market this morning, and have to say that I agree...locally grown produce does taste better! So much fresher. And it's always good to support your local farmers. Now, Sara...I think a french braid is the way to go personally. Much tidier. However, next time I see the crazy lady at Starbucks I shall ask her and let you know. We need to make sure we are doing this the right way....lol.
If I need to stop shaving my legs to continue my "radical homemaker" practices, I would be ok with it...it's a pain anyway. However, DH may be less then thrilled...lol. Think I can convince him that stubble is sexy? Ha.
Have to tell you I do go to Farmers markets because I like the produce and its all grown here in the US ......well most of it ...US home Grown stuff just tastes sooo good ......
I hang clothes out on the line even in the winter!!! I hate dryers......
Which braid do you suggest? A french braid or just the regular one? Or I could do one of each!!
Ha Ha ha Sara you are a card ...of course you dont ,braid away ....
Oh so this is where it is. I wondered what happened to it.
But after reading Amanda's journal, I do have to ask. Do you have to stop shaving your legs and braid your armpit hair to be a radical homemaker??? lol
Hahah someone hit the miscatagorised button LOL
Ok, I missed something didn't I? What's wrong with doing the things listed in the post? I like doing all that stuff (well, except the laundry). I 'm confused....is it wrong or something?
Me too Cargiver me too...I love to fly bet you use up far less carbon than the jets like the admin and Pelosi use all the time to jet up and down this fine Nation ...BP was a Company who first endorsed the carbon foot print...unusual for an oil company they has also been for Cap and Trade .So being a Radical Homemaker doesnt sound like the America we have known and loved since the Depression ...Go Gore Go and take your masseur with you ...
And to think how much damage I used to do to the ozone every weekend enjoying myself making loop after loop in the sky.
OMG sounds like the Europe I left ..... yuck
Oh dear. I do most of these things (except hanging my laundry outside to dry). I dislike radicalism...couldn't we make this another mental illness instead? I much prefer that!!
Hmmm -- guess I'm pretty radical, alright!!
