Swampy wishes he had more time to read!
You must make time to read.
When I was a little girl, I used to beg my mom to make my friends leave me alone, so I could read.
Currently reading:
A Dirty Job by Christopher Moore.
But in general, I'm a huge Maeve Binchy fan. I've read just about every one of her novels.
Oh, I LOVE to read! I devour books! Going into a bookstore to me is like going in to a candy store is to a little kid! :) I have to watch myself or I will want to buy the whole store out!
I love to read, especially anything by John Grisham.
Reading is good unless you have a bad memory! I have to go back a couple of pages everytime,so i am just reading mags at the moment ,just cant concentrate
I love to read. But I have absolutely NO time to do so. I wish I had more time though....
I LOOOOVE to read :) I go through phases. Right now I'm into historical fiction, mainly the Tudor times. I've enjoyed reading since I learned how to read :) Going into a book store just thrills me!!!!!!!!! Oh, and that smell of books! :)
Matthew Reilly (Aust) not real big in the US but try him out And Luke Rhinehart All his are good
I really like to read too. I've been trying to get a book club together, because I really like to discuss books I'm reading, but now my book club turned into a movie club. Which is good too but I don't have a book club.
I would be interested in doing an online book club. I'd be happy to use my profile journal as our book club if anyone is interested?
I love to read...Nicolas Sparks...the Kellermans,Grishom, Stephen King...could read all the time...hey I would do an online book club..if the right books were chosen...
Historical Fiction! I loved history in school, but just couldn't get my facts straight. With a story behind it, historical fiction has helped this not-too-bright gal "get it". Now you know how dumb I am... :(
I have a problem with reading and keeping my mind "on the book" I do listen to audio books and have found this is a great way to do other things, like drive, mow the grass, and may other tasks while "reading"
Two of my favorite authors are Janet Evanovich and Sue Grafton
I love to read. Historical fiction is good. Lately have been rereading all my Jane Austen books.
Gosh I abbbbbsolutely love to read also! But my area goes all across the board..lol I just love to try to read all I can on love, relationships, taking care of baby books, positive parenting, childrens books. I seriously spend around (mostly more) 100 a month on books alone! Books for babies, my 11 yr old, and myself! We all love to read!!!
I get my books from my library - free! What they don't have, they purchase. And, when I'm the one who asks for them to purchase, I get the book first!
I love biographies and non-fiction especially! With health issues on at the moment -reading 'Your Body Speaks Your Mind' by Deb Shapiro--in cue --a Caroline Myss book - 'Why People Don't Heal'. Not enough hours in the day!!! : )
I couldn't imagine life without books! Both my husband and I read for about a half hour each night before we go to sleep. For my nighttime reading I love any legal mysteries (reading Lisa Jackson now), Jody Picoult and Diana Gabaldon. Otherwise I devour the newspaper daily, subscribe to several magazines and collect and read cookbooks. With the recent job loss I have rediscovered the public library and can't believe how much I am saving now!
i LOVE reading entertainment mags like Us Weekly. I hate reading books. I think my brain is too hyper or something.....
I sell used books in good condition and try to read them all, not always possible, I love the antique books and collectables, do not collect myself just like to read bits from them ,I find I love adventure and if I am really into a book I read and read and read, when I have finished it, I wont read one fully for a few weeks ,like I get burnt out for a short while then I am off again on the same pattern.,read read , nuts I guess....
I also truly enjoy the memoirs of Victor Villasenor in which he recounts the stories of his family's struggles. Rain of Gold is perhaps my favorite.
i love to read so much that i beg my husband to leave me alone lol
I am an avid and voracious reader. Right now I am obsessed with anything Tudor as well.
I love to read its calming relieves stress and it takes you to other places l have read every one of V,C. Andrew books since she started writing she has passed on yet she still has family releasing her books they are very different some kinda dark some not and old antique books intrest me also.
