OH! I just loved my Barbie, teaset, and I wanted a "Thumbalina" soooo bad.
dominosarah - I had to buy a Mrs. Beasley for my godchild about 2yrs ago. That was her favorite doll. When I bought that doll, I saw a "Thumbalina" $100.00 for reproduction. I will buy it for myself. I never had one and all the neighborhood girls, five of them had each a one for Xmas one year. This I Will do for ME!
I had a porclean teaset that I played with and loved. I collect teasets now.

BARBIES!! Quick Curl barbies in particular....remember the one that came with the "curling iron" and there was some wire in the hair that made it twirl?
Lol oh yes i do remember her...And i loved the one where you could pull the ponytail and it would go long to short:)
Hotwheels, toy insects, legos, and gi-joe vehicles were among my favorite toys. What can I say? I was a tom boy, lol.
Oh! GIjoe. I bought my boys a GIjoe tent that was in the shape of a tank. LOL!!! Those 2 boys would play in that for hours. They had it in front of the TV, and when Miss Piggy from the muppets would come on they would take turns shooting her. ROTFLOL!!

The jacks,......OMG!!! That reminds me of rainy day schedule at school. We could play that in the hall, instead of going out. I was not real good at Jacks though.

I had a couple of them. One was a tank, that sadly broke and got returned :( and the other was some kind of blue and gray jet that launched missiles from its tail.
I'd open up the cockpit and put one or two toy bugs in the seat, close it and have the bugs play war or just pilot the plane. Or I'd stick the toy bugs in my tonka trucks to drive them. I also played with barbies but it was the toy bugs I loved to dress more than the barbies, haha! LOL
Yes I was very imaginative with my toys. LOL.
ah the old paper dolls loved them and dolls pram and filled with dolls and teddies and still have the pram and a few dolls and i teddy .....
Lo that's right and didn't we get some bones, if we lost one out of Animal for Jacks, oh and elastics lol..
I still have my Teddie and a couple of dolls, i cant believe i gave away my barbies tho:(
