Great accomplishments

In two days as we celebrate what Christmas means to each of us, Lostdreams will be celebrating what it means to her........ December 25, also marks a great accomplishment for her...........She will reach her two years clean date........

Also Dominosarah is marking eightmonths clean...........Although Christmas is two days away, I don't think they will mind if we celebrate a bit early.........

Girls, you are both a great example of what one can accomplish with sheer determination........Easy ? Not on your life......Great ? You bet..........

Please everybody take a moment to wish these two wonderful friends of mine and yours continued success........

Merry Clean Christmas

Sarah, I hope you don’t mind me saying this here, since I can’t say it anywhere else. I feel in my heart I need to say this.  I hope you have a Merry Christmas today.  I’m sure that your father must be very proud to see you accomplishing what you are.

That said I have fresh cookies, frosted with pretty colors. I’d offer you hot chocolate, but I know you don’t like chocolate. But we do have a can of whipped cream. What would you like it on?  I'd offer you the truckload of snow but...you probably have the same problem that we have, lol.

Congratulations to both of you! This is truly something to celebrate! As some of you know, I lost a daughter in law a few short months ago. She could not shake the addiction of meth. Ended up eating a pain patch and was found dead on the floor. She leaves 5 children without a Mom. This is their first christmas without their mom. So, I know first hand what an accomplishment this is for Dominosarah and Lostdreams! WOW! You guys Rock!!!!!!! Keep it up!

They have my congrats, even though I've not faced the same struggles they have. Nothing is ever easy. It may seem like the road ahead is rocky and on a steep slope, but take it one step at a time. Before you know it, you'll be there.  When you climb a mountain, be sure to take photos and enjoy the view and the beauty of all the scenery.
You made it so far. Time to jump up and dance. Nothing can ever take this away from you!
