Moment of respect for Obama's mother

I would hope that everyone could put aside partisan politics, if only for a moment, and say a prayer for Madelyn Payne Dunham.  She was Barack Obama's grandmother and was very influential in his life.

Out of respect, I would like like to extend my thoughts and prayers to the family, and may Madelyn find peace.

My mistake, Ms. Dunham passed on Sunday evening.  The announcement was made today....

Yes, his grandmother died today, one day before our presidential election.  

I would like to add my condolences to the Obamas and to Ms. Dunham's extended family.  I'm sure she is watching over him just as she has done for so many yeard.
