Technically kitty, we are supposed to pick the LAST letter or the LAST word. So, for example, if we started with YOUR sentence, the next letter for someone to use would be "S" because it IS the LAST LETTER in the LAST word of your sentence...but somewhere along the lines things got messed up if you will...and now everyone's just havin' fun and pickin' any letters to throw out to give to the next person.
