Hope things are getting better. I wouldn't keep stressing about the past, there's nothing you can do about it now. Look at all the possibilities you have now though. There is so much at your finger tips. Keep yourself busy with hobbies and start there. Get into something you really like and just enjoy life. have fun!

yep whats the next verse...'start all over again,' throw yourself into working, culivate some new friends ,there is always some good man out there looking for a good woman, dont think too much , it is often our thoughts that make us feel bad., take pleasure in nature and animals they are a source of comfort for many people , get out walking, join some club.Most of all when you feel down think of something really pleasing and focus on it. the fact that you made a journal is a positive step once you reach the bottom there's only one way , float back up ...good luck
