Yep. This morning. Went to do the rebate for my qualifying Norton Anti-Virus Software
Amt: $70
Reason: Missed the Postmark date by 2 days
*kicking myself for being lazy* -- it's been on my desk in a file "to do" now for 4 weeks!

Item: An E-machine PC
Amt: $75
Reason: The rebate time limit was 14days from purchase and it was a holiday gift in December --- they didn't care it was a gift and held me to the purchase date of 14 days for rebate even though Day 14 came and went before the gift was presented.

I am still waiting for a $500. rebate from a large flat screen tv..hmmm its been a few years I have written no response, I think they are not going to give it to me, not worth the battle,
