wait no you can restrict your incomming phone calls by people only in your contacts. you have to actually go to your phone settings

actually...lol i had the same problem. i ended up finding out it was my little brother being a d!ck. if you go onto verizon.com go to the wireless section (if it's a cell phone) go to the my accounts. sign in. go to view my usage. then even if it's a restricted number it should show up on the actual bill. if that doesn't work go to your closest verizon store and ask them to print you out a copy of your bill, explain why and they should be able to help you out.

I know my parents had a problem with that, only the calls were creepy and harassing, they called the operator and she said because it was restricted she couldnt do anything. They ended up making a police report about it and the police called them back a few days later with the number (i dont remember exactly how it played out because i was really young at the time).... turned out to be someone we knew.... creepy. But i think Changing the number would be a good idea... it's not always obviouse to do so though....

if its  a home line you can dial I think star 77 and it blocks all restricted calls.
