Oh yes we have something here in OZ that most people say its a taste that you acqurie
and that is Vegimite its put on your sandwhich i grew up on it.....
I'm a vegimite kid i remember i sent it to a friend in the US and he did not like it he said it tasted YUK and asked how could i eat that....
Most people would say no.
It's definitely a taste that you have to acquire.
Well not sure if this would be considered a collection item...but i do collect letters and cards. I have every letter and card hubby has given me since day one (9 years).

Sake is a Japanese rice wine. I collect the vase and cups that are used to serve and drink from.
Over here we call them number plates
and they just stay on he car all the time..
Every year we have Registration on our cars we have lables that go on the front of our windscreen that shows that our car has been passed for Registration and is safe for the road......
Each of the states is different .. in NJ you can keep the plates and transfer from car to car. How about in Australia?

Swampy tries not to collect anything, but it is difficult to get rid of books. Even kitchen equipment is carefully justified before purchase. For instance, Swampy has no microwave or toaster.
