We have something in Florida called a Wolf Spider. I have seen them as big as a coffee plate. They are ugly and they are aggressive. They lunge at you sometimes. I HATE spiders, and snakes of any kind. They make me do the ooh ooh dance! Yuck!
As terrified of snakes as you are of toads....even an unexpected picture of snakes or a tv pop up or something, just sends me into a tizzy....
hope4thegoodstuff- I am the same way! If a toad comes on the TV, I put my feet up on the sofa! LOL
My kids think it's hilarious, but they KNOW better than to ever try to scare me with one; I have told them that I would have a heartattack and die, and they wouldn't have a mom anymore!

T U N N E L S .. but I can drive through one now ..... but, I still don't like them and it's tons of mind over matter to be able to do it!!!
I am more closterphobic and motion sickeness afraid than anything! I hate to be stuck in something or a room i cant escape from! and i absolutley hate the feeling BIG rollercosters give me! I like a small ride like tilt a whirl or carnival ride but others just freak me out and i want off asap! Im not an andrenaline junkie at all!! Even recently i am tanning and the bed scares me i hate feeling trapped even though im not i feel like a horror movie about to happen! Some bugs i can handle but but like wasps or bees i know im allergic too i freak out! anything large like a snake thats bigger than me i want to run away FAST!!
Spiders! I hate spiders. I can handle any other creature, snakes, toads, etc. but spiders, no way. I'm terrified. I wouldn't go into the bathroom the other day because there was a spider near the sink. I jut freak out around them, so I always have others go in for me to kill it.get rid of it.
Hm. Yes, snakes and spiders that are hairy cause me to tinkle in my pants a little (kidding--------- but after two kids they could). I'd add bats to the list. Had one in our house last year and it was all I could do to not move out after that.
I was bit rather severely by a dog when I was 7. So . . . if I don't know a dog and it barks aggressively at me . . . I panic and do exactly what you are not supposed to do and run like a maniac from them. It is a base level reaction and a fear that I can only describe as deep. But it is really funny because I am such a massive dog lover. I could own a 100! I just want them to be friendly and not eat my face off.

I love most creatures yes even snakes but I draw the line at fire ants when I lived in Florida I was bitten 16 times when I walked on a nest ....I am also afraid of heights although I adore flying , I dont like driving over big bridges either, nor the disneyland rides, the scary ones.I dont like yelling especially men yelling with loud voices ..
I am SOOOO the same way i got dog bit at age 6 had a big dog tear 2 holes in the top of my head a few years later a big dog approached and i ran off screaming like a maniac! LOL! Im not as bad now but i still really dont care for very large dogs im like oh hes pretty oh man hes too big!! I have a Pom whos just 5 lbs!!
I witnessed a deadly jetliner crash 35 years ago... so, I'm can't handle air travel.

MICE eeww they make my skin crawl !! Being in a lift or a room with no windows i go into a panic!! OH yeah anything with feathers that comes too close !!
Spiders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so frightened of them.... last night there was one im my room and i started screaming and macde mom come up and get it out!!!! I would not sleep knowing it was there!!

haha, I am the same way. I am terrified of spiders, for some reason. I saw a big one by the sink the other day at my boyfriends apartment and flipped out, started screaming. He thought I hurt myself. but those things are just scary.
I have the fear of falling from anything high.. I'm scared of heights too I guess. They go hand in hand, but falling is a greatest fear...
SNAKES... but we don't really have deadly snakes where I live, just random garter snakes that live in forests and swamps. I can't look at pictures or see them on tv, I shutter...
I'm afraid too of losing my loved ones...

I agree tbabi. I am really afraid of losing a loved one. I am also afraid of cancer. Deep down to my bones afraid of the words "you have cancer" to either me or someone I love.
Ha ha! You guys who hate snakes and spiders could never live at my house! I have a pic of a Copperhead snake which was in my front yard. We get massive Bird Hunting Spiders, Redbacks, White Tailed spiders, Funnel Web ones too...all in the same area sometimes! That's Australia for you though!
Me personally, I am afraid of being poor...terribly frightened of that. When I was a kid we were dirt poor, and I hated it, vowed I would always do better. When my budget runs low I start getting panic attacks. Not a physical thing I can see but it sure does give me the willies!

I'm afraid of anything happening to my son. Badly afraid of it. But I'm sure that's any parent. I'm severly afraid of water bugs or most insects. I'm afraid of dying in a horrible way.
Im an aussie and Im petrified of spiders!!! I see one and I scream and really start panicing. We have some bushland around the corner from us and I wont go near it in Summer when Im walking just in case I see a spider!!
My mums friend has some FAKE PLASTIC spiders on a wall in her back deck area, and I cant even go near them even though I know they are fake - they still scare the cr@p out of me!!
Apart from spiders...I used to be scared of needles but getting sick and needing regular blood tests has got me used to having needles - still dont like them though!!

In Australia you have some downright scary spiders!
This isnt unusual many folks dont like clowns , maybe its the make up I dont know but I know its on the list of phobia's..now I saw one recently of a well known personage and it scared me to death .....
yes indeed - some very big, scary spiders here in Australia!!
