Chips .. loaded with carbs and lots of taste to them!
I'm with chitchat, chips and dip, anything salty, and sushi.
My comfort food is chocolate ice cream. It's funny that while I'm eating it I feel happy and nothing can break me then. Afterwards I feel guilty and tend to get depressed.
I always want mashed potatoes and gravy when I'm feeling extra "needy". I haven't had any for awhile but now that you mention it--- yum! Luckily I don't have any here at home!
