Could I ask you all what this means and if you have the same ...I hit on my own name and came up with my stars ... it says my 'expertise is , anxiety, relationships, weight loss, ... a whole bunch of forums and expertise' I havent done.. havent got , would you do something would you click on your handles, names, and see what comes up... I am at a loss for words I have never been on any of the forums listed .... I hope its a joke .

I am having the same problem and no I haven't reported it. I figured it was something on my computer. Glad to see it isn't.

My photo problem' has been going on for 2 weeks and no one at MH seems to know or respond ..okay so maybe we will get something done in time ..just have to hang in and see...

Oh, and you can also get to all of someones photos (if they're on public of course) by first going to...say their posts, then click on photos from there.  There seems to be "back doors" so to speak :)

Regarding photos...I just discovered if you're on your Home page and go to that apps box then click on photos, they will All come up.  

I'm having the same problem with the photos so must be a temporary glitch.

I asked the same question here. They have me as a WEIGHT LOSS EXPERT TOO,
I don't ever remember being there. I know I would never have joined I don't have a weight problem - well neither do you.

If I was fat and had a pic posted, I would probably have thrown myself out a window thinking MH was making fun of me. LOL

Hey it could be worse - at least they didn't make us experts in STD's. LOL

If you can find a post from one of the moderators, click onto their profile and you will be able to send a pm.  I find I get quicker response that way.

yup as I said I have done that 3 times , I dont know any other way to contact, Twerner has done the same today as she has a similar issue ...maybe Med help has gone on vacation ....

Have you tried the "contact us" at the bottom of the screen?  I had a password issue and used that feature and got a response from someone I wasn't familiar with.  I presumed at the time it was a technical person which is different from the moderators.  Might be worth a try.

Did you report it April and did you get any response back from MH as I havent, I have sent 3 messages , and asked Emily who doesnt know anything about it either , Sorry but I think we should get a response when we contact Med Help does anyone know what is happening here , be glad of some help..

I had something similar happen. I deleted two photos and next thing I knew when I tried to pull up an album it was gone! When I checked it appeared the whole photo album was deleted and I know I didn't delete the whole album because I individually deleted only two photos. It was kind of upsetting but I don't know if anything can be done. It appears to be gone and I still don't understand how that happened.

I am having a very similar problem.  On anyone's profile page, including my own, if/when I click on "See All," I do not see all of their photos as I did in the past.  What happens is that there is a "slight" flash of the screen and then it just stays on their profile page.  What is supposed to happen is that ALL of the photos are displayed on one or more pages (depending on how many photographs they have).

Like you said, I have noticed this for about 2 weeks now.  I contacted MH today, because I figured it was about time that the "glitch" was ironed out and maybe they did not know about it.

Can you help me with my photo page problem , I have tried to contact MH 3 times and get no response, when I go to my photos if I click on 'see all' it comes up, only for me , 'Sorry an error has occurred'  a friend tried it and it didnt say error but went back to my profile so there is a problem. When I went to her photos and clicked on albums,hers, it went back to My photos ...lol anyone out there having photo problems and any idea of anyone I can get help from I have tried MOD  Emily but she doesnt know either ...any help out there this started 2 weeks ago now ...thanks

If you over over your name on a post, you'll see "Expertise" with categories and stars, up to 5.

I clicked on my name on one of the side bars. it flashed up fast then cut out,.but I have no expertise in any of the subjects they have me down for, its kind of misleading ..

Where did you put your name in? On medhelp or google or what? I put my name in on medhelp and it only gives my posts and journals information on what I have posted.

It says I'm an "expert" in a few areas, including relationships. Maybe I have knowledge in other areas, but in relationships!?! I don't think so! haha. I'm lost in that area. My relationships are always messed up.

well expertise also means thats what it is that you have knowledge in that field that you know something about it, not that you are an expert; as per se  and one assumes that if even as a Mom you would have some expertise .in that subject.but mine says , relationships, weight and dieting, anxiety,,and others that absolutly I have no expertise about ...I think swampy is correct and they have lumped some forums together to incompasse the whole... small stuff .

Margy, I've only recently noticed this part of the stars on the profiles, saying "expertise" in certain areas. I think that will give the wrong impression to many that we are "experts" when we may be wanting to help but that doesn't necessarily mean we're "experts".

I also noticed that when I first click on a person's name I can see it but then it seems to disappear. Not sure why. Is that what you're talking about?

Wow thats kind of reaching and gives a wrong impression of help one can give ..I would be the last to help with relationships and dieting, or anxiety ,I think you are right it kind of looks like thats the thinking ,pity they are not near the mark...Can I ask you why when I hit 'see all' on my photo page it comes up an error has ocurred , I have asked , Pmd, e-mailed to no avail...2 or 3 other members have the same happening but no one answers why or helps ..any ideas ...thanks

Swampy was actually looking into this, because, he too wondered what the different categories are. They are broad subject areas addressed on medhelp.
