HI,
The cause of amenorrhoea of one year needs to be investigated. This may indicate menopause if you are in the age group and if this is so, then any bleeding after menopause is ominous. If you are younger then there could be hormonal or other causes and the type of bleeding will be accordingly. The bleeding may be heavy if there is endometrial hyperplasia. Consult a gynaecologist for an examination.
Hope this helps.
