Menustration cycle do not occur

I am unmarried yet ,30 years old ,i have the feelings like menstruation ,but i do not occur i just feel pain here is my report please guide me about it ,why i have very little bleeding


i want to know whether my uterus size is normal or not ?will i get pregnant in future or not ?i m really afraid about it.

right ovary visualized having multiple irregular outline follicles

DUB due to hormonal imbalance

FSH level : 6.1
LH level :13.4

what medicine shuold i take to get menses in heavy amount ,because i just have very little bleeding in menustration cycle

Hi,
Just because the menstrual bleeding is scanty it does not mean that you will have problems in conceiving. Scanty bleeding during menses can be because of anaemia, or endometritis or infection. The possibility of PCOS needs to be excluded. You can take multivitamin and iron tablets for anaemia if necessary. A detailed ultrasonography report is essential to comment on the size of the uterus. Consult a gynaecologist for a detailed evaluation.
