I had a lapraoscopy for endometriosis 17 yrs. ago.  I had menopausal - like symptoms ever since.  Now I'm almost 45 yrs. of age.

My mom completed the perimenopausal phase and entered into full menopause at the age of 42.

A friend of mine, said her mother entered into full menopause at age 32.

I am wondering the same thing. After having my ablation, I started experiencing hot flashes, which my doctor basically said "oh you are too young (41 at the time). Then skipping periods. Haven't had one in three months now. Had a total meltdown emotionally so went in to another doctor who prescribed mini pill for hormone help. Waiting to see how this helps.
