I too have not had a period since May. I have this awful bloating in my stomach. I know I am not preg. Can the weight gain/tiredness and bloating be all related to peri menopause?  If so what does a person do to get relief?Thx

Hi,
Not having periods for 8 months indicates secondary. The cause may vary depending on age (which you have not mentioned) and other factors like hormones. Not feeling energetic may be because of anaemia, stress, chronic infection or approaching menopause causing hormonal imbalance. A check up with a Doctor is advisable.
Hope this helps.
