Acute prostitis

Hello, can anyone please help.

I have had a swift onset of acute pain in my perinium. It has also given me like very bad chills and I also feel very very unwell. I have no apitiet at all and can’t sleep.

I had oral sex performed on me by a Chinese sex worker in Newcastle uK two months ago. There was no sign of infection before this did happened and no burning pee or noticeable discharge from my penis. It did hurt to sit for anything over 5min but was relieved if I stood up or sat on the toilet. Perineum pain and tip of penis pain both went away if I stood or sat on toilet.

I was on a long course of Amoxicillin and Metronidazole for an ear infection two weeks before this happened. I have also started excercising heavily. (Not cycling, jogging)

Can anyone please help as I’m sure I may have an sti or something. Could something else have caused this. Can anyone give me some more info please.  Help!! I’m a total mess. So so so so worried.
