Perineum? Prostate? Help!

Hey guys, been experiencing some unusual symptoms lately. I work out quite frequently (sometimes heavy weights) and for the most part wear a lifting belt. About 3 weeks ago I did some light weight squats which I normally never squat with the barbell. 2 days later i was doing some heavy back exercises (t bar rows) I started having to urinate more than usual, and felt a very mild burn in the perineum. No burning sensation when urinating, also no discharge of any sort from my penis. Over the next week or so my urinating went back to normal, and didn’t really feel much of the burning sensation. 2 weeks in I still feel very mild symptoms. It seems to be getting better daily, however now I’m noticing some erectile dysfunction, and my perenium no longer has the mild burn but gets kind of warm for like 3-4 seconds maybe like once a day. Anyone have a similar experience? Can this be some sort of infection I should try to get some antibiotics or should I take some time of from lifting as I may have injured myself? Any tips/advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
