Bloody Urine

I am a 42 year old male. I received oral sex about 10 days ago. It was very brief (5 minutes or less) and I showered right after. Starting about 6 days ago I started having constipation. I could go but very little was coming out. 3 days ago after a strenuous workout I felt funny around my pelvis. I was feeling very much like I needed to evacuate something from my system but could not defecate. On the next day I woke up and felt like I had the flu. I didn't drink much and ate very little that day. During the afternoon I started getting chills. My temperature went from 98.3 to 101.3 in about an hour. I drank a bunch of water and ate something and the fever subsided very quickly. Went to bed that night and had soaked my clothes with sweat through the night. Took it easy the next day. Slept a lot. By afternoon I was feeling better (a little weak but I figured from being in bed so long). Went for a 30 minute walk. Came back and went to the bathroom. I urinated blood. Also had urge to defecate but went very little again. I was freaked out and started drinking a lot of water. Had frequent but clear urination the rest of the night but I could not sleep. It was partly due to anxiety and partly because I had to keep urinating. I have been drinking a lot of water since then. I also got a laxative and went twice last night and it was a lot that came out. That seemed to relieve some of the urination urge. I felt like I had taken a load off of my pelvis. Last night I drank a little less water toward bed time. Had a full night sleep without getting up to go. Woke up this morning and urinated blood again. I could see sediment or clots in it. Still having that frequent urge to go.
I have not had any signs of STDs other than frequent urination. My urination in not painful. I have not had any discharge other than the blood.
My question is if this could be an STD or is it more related to the constipation or the strenuous workout.
