Cause and Cure for my ED?

Okay so i am 15 years old. for the past year or so until a week ago i used to masturbate at least once a day, up to maybe even 5-8 times a day. Ive had this problem for a while, and i assume it went with my ED. My penis will get hardish and long but it wont stand up. Im affraid to date anyone because i dont wanna get embarrassed from my erectile disfunction, and im affraid to ask any type of doctor for help because im affraid of my parrents becomeing involve and knowing i would be sexually active. I want to have sex but... im just too scared of being laughed at for my not hard penis. And please dont say im too young to have sex.
