I don't think the shape of your penis is going to affect your sex life.  There are m any positions that will help facilitate your curved penis and make sex more pleasurable for you and her.

As to if it will straighten out...No. Most boys your age are born with whatever shape or size their penis is. Some boys have a penis that sticks straight out, some have a penis that curves up or curves down or bends to one side or the other. No surgery or treatment is going to change that for you. It's just something you have to live with and learn how to get around when it comes to particular sexual situations. There are m any books out on the market that will help you to decide what sexual positions are good for you with your shape of penis. Try reading "The Karma Sutra of Sex."

not to much to worry about at 14, unless it really bends upwards nut then give yourself some time to grow, things like this just straighten out as you grow, but as this bends upwards it wont hinder your future sex life, in fact some girls will just love it.
Good Luck
