I've been taking about 10mg of DHEA for some time now. Sometimes I increase it to 25 mg for an extra boost. I feel great when I take it. Are there any long term effects of using this? Should I stop it?

Hi J, The thing is it affects our own DHEA, and can stop it working from a gland on our liver that produces it, so you need to be careful, but if you keep it low you may be OK.
But please give it a good readp before you carry on.
