What caused my foreskin to be swollen and my penis head to have small white buttons?

I am sexually active but my fiancée and I don't have any STDs/STIs. The skin at the tip of my penis is swollen and when I pull it down to wash my penis it is extremely painful and there are small white buttons on the penis head. Help!

Hey, you are welcome.  I hope you update after you see the doctor.

Yes, this still sounds like balanitis to me.  Your doctor can give you antibiotics to treat.  Anyone can get it at any time---  it's not uncommon and there is nothing dirty or wrong with having it. So talk to your doctor for treatment.

Balanitis? This is an infection at the penis tip.  Get to your doctor but I'm guessing this is what is going on.

Update : there was white stuff this morning and I used a napkin to wipe it up and noticed blood. I also noticed a scrape at the head of the penis. It's very painful to retract the foreskin to wash it. Do you still think that its balantis?
