Small mysterious bumbs that appear on shaft and tip of penis?

A few weeks ago these small pearly white bumbs have appeared on the tip of my penis and shaft. They dont look like common ppp though. I cant really find a picture online that looks like them either. They dont hurt and ive been having sex with the same partner for about 6 to 7 months now. She also got a yearly test for everything right before we had sex. Im 19 and have no clue what these are. They dont seem to grow either. I have a few pictures of them if nessasary.
