What is this bump that keeps scabbing over?

I have had a bump that started out like a pimple. I’d say it’s slightly smaller than the size of a B.B and it was whiteish with a black dot in the middle. I freaked out and messed with it more than I should have trying to pop it and it seemed to open, but then just scabbed over and formed again. When it opened it didn’t bleed but it did seem to drain some clear fluid. That was about 6 days ago and it had started to form another pimple like bump and like an idiot I messed with it again and it’s now a rough, reddish scab. I plan on getting tested but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas? There’s no real pain as is, but if I mess with the scab it does feel like any normal scab does if messed with too early and obviously doesn’t feel nice when I try to squeeze it.
