Glanse Disorder and erection problem of glans

hey,
I got problem with my penis glans ,iam 28 i use to satisfy sex with pillow ,then suddenly i got with my glanse its got black in the glanse which pink color in before when its normal.

then now iam not feeling sex,when erect my penis very struggle to erect but its only shaft getting strong glanse is no strong and election and its very loosen if touch glanse they is no feeling anything ,i thought its circulation of blood to glans its may abstract what should i do Could me advise?Iam not married yet.

Hai i want help from you last time my problems i posted already now its getting slowly cure i found its infection inside my glans because doctor gave me Daktrin 15mg ,iam using now its getting clear black color inside glans now 70% is changed to normal pink color and other 30% below the head,its black and like inside got whit cells means look like something infection when i touch this its very pain,can advice how to clear this.

And i found my foreskin very loosen when fel with erection i need to take my foreskin to back until tight the penis skin then i can erect strong ,when erect itself there my foreskin not moving itself and getting pain ,can cut this foreskin and how its process.thanks.

Hi i took sildenfil tablet for some time ,when i use it my shaft is erect is full strongly but my glans is no erect and its same like normal position mean when no erection of shaft,and its 90% of glans is black color and below of glans head near to shaft there is totally black and i can see its not healthy its look like loosen when its no erection position,,,And when use tablet its shaft is strong and glans is no erect then i hold and push strongly blood to glans its can erect and still in black color when i release its back to normal so i can't erect my penis strongly ,because of glans i cant erect when i feel sex its not moving blood to glans i can feel and there is little pain and some abstraction of blood,can u reply what can cause it and what is the solution.

I met urologist he gave me Sildenfil its i found in web it is a indirect to viagra,he want to test glans situation ,i use it tablet 3 times every one week one , when i use it my shaft is strong but glanse like balloon when touch .then glanse make strong hold erection strong ,but glans i never feel sex feeling its not pain also,iam sure the my fore skin loosen too much and wide when full erection also i can move my foreskin.And one more thing iam sure blood is not circulating to the glans ,when erect strong its like pushing inside blood to glans i can feel ,then i leave it its immediately loosen .and gout erection ,can advise me actually what problem ,is it any nerves are damage or any other problem in my body.

I met a urologist and check my glanse and he told me that not so black and i explain about my erection issue ,he told there is a blood circulation not well to glanse thats this problem he said and he gave me first test for tablets for check whether its effect to the erection gland or not he told me,and he gave prescription tablets when want sexual activities its before one hour.That tablets name is SILDENFIL CITRATE 50mg Sildenafil.
Is'it ok can you advice me,thanks for help.

No i thought of diabaties ,my penis erection ok but glanse only loosen and not strong like before ,its some time strong and some time loosen ,if try shaft press and hold its gland is strong when release its loosen ,and my foreskin also too losen when erect gland also that foreskin can cover gland ,what this problem i dont understand ,is'it that foreskin can cut to reduce loosen,but now i sex strong but glanse no touchable feeling when i penetrate ,only shaft has feeling which is near to glanse head below,but glanse color half part pink and half part is black,when i feel to sex my penis not getting strong itself ,i need to rub and make strong,when it was good when i feel like sex its get strong itself because last time glase first get strong and penis will strong and feeling is well but very hard to feel sex happly can you analyse as per my consider thanks for reply.

Hi Arasa, Go see your doctor fist, get him to make an appointment with a Urologist, and take it from there, don't post a penis picture on site, they don't like it and will remove it.
But about turning black with ED, Its a uro thing to sort out as well.

And now i got black color on gland and i cant erection strongly when erect but shaft is strong only glance is loose its not getting strong ,

I was observe last time its black color only below side of the glanse and suddenly its spread to whole glanse and erection problem.

I try to make glase its get strong when press and hold shaft then again loosen when i remove hand ,when glanse is strong that glanse is  change to pink color and when normal its blank.

Is it can cure if consult doctor?and what is the problem if you dont mind i will send photograph ,next reply.

Hi Arasa, I think you now have a big problem, and from the sound of started a long time ago, sounds like you have nerve damage along with erection problems, You will find it best to see a doctor ASP, he should pass you on to a good uro for treatment.
But why a pillow. its nothing like real sex.

It is not easy to understand what you mean, but I would advice you to see a doctor, skin specialist. You might have had some infection, wound from rubbing and any material like from pillow or paper or for that matter any outside substance like that is not good as it cuts small cuts in the skin and may cause infection.
