HELP!!?

Hello,
I’m a 26 y/o male who’s sought help for several issues that have persisted for years now. I have never had resolution & I just want to share my symptoms/experiences & some pics & get the community opinion.

It all began in college (probably 6 years ago now). I slept with a girl unprotected after being with a long term gf. I noticed several changes within a week after. My penis became itchy, it became harder to start peeing. I would dribble at the end & had a feeling like some was still stuck inside the meatus after going. I developed redness inside the urethral opening.
I let the symptoms persist for a month or 2 then saw a dr at my university clinic. Tested for STD’s (chlamydia & gonnorrhea & mycoplasma I believe), all negative. Urine culture normal with blood cell counts normal.

I kept having symptoms & went to a real urologist back home. They did not find any std’s either but put me on cipro for a month. It helped for maybe a week after finishing & then symptoms returned. Went back to the urologist & they gave me doxycycline for a couple weeks. It didn’t really help.

About a year or two into these symptoms, I began noticing testicular tenderness/pain occasionally. I also began to notice my prostate felt inflamed. After ejaculation, urination was super painful & my urethral opening appears red & inflamed. I also began having pain in the per & hemmerrhoid-like symptoms.

This sounds an awful lot like chronic prostatitis, but you need to follow up with your urologist. Is there some reason you haven't?

Hi there - we don't have image upload capability within forums. You can post a link to an image-hosting service if you like, but if the image is of genitals, please warn our members as many prefer not to view those pics.
