Strange smell coming from my penis?

Hi, I'm a 14 year old Virgin who lives a normal, non-circumsized, non-sexual life apart from masterbating about every 3 nights, about half a year ago I started to notice that the head of my penis was slightly damp ever if I had not got to the toilet for a wile and so I pressed the surface gently with my finger and sniffed and I smelled slightly fishy 6 months on and I have noticed it's got slightly worse ( this may be because I'm masterbating more) also, I thought it might be some semen that I have failed to clean up. The thing that worries me most is the fact that when I look up what it could possibly be a STD or STI but from what they say, if it's a STD or STI it should cause pain and smell in the penis, but it doesn't hurt at all. Also I read that it could be a fungal infection but I can't see anything that could show signs of something like that.

If you have any idea of what I may have, please say, thank you.

I assume you are washing under the foreskin when you bathe?  If it is an STD you would have to have had sex to get it, and you say you are having a non-sexual life.  Does that mean completely non-sexual in regard to having had sex with anyone ever?  If so, you won't have an STD.

I wash under my foreskin well, could it be that the body wash I use contains chemicals that could be strong/ harmful to my penis?
