How to remove frenulum "leftover" after frenuloplasty?

I had a frenuloplasty (penis, not tongue) and the frenulum was not cut close enough on the foreskin side. I was left with a bit of frenulum of about 3-4mm length and 2mm height (above skin level).
I really don't like the visual aspect of this and i'm concerned that it might hurt during oral sex (teeth scraping).
But now i don't really know where to go to solve this... Dermatologist? Plastic Surgery? Try to fix it at home with wart removal liquid?
Here is a very close up picture of it (so it's SFW), note that the surgery was 2 weeks ago, so it's not fully healed yet and i'm only considering removing it after everything has healed.

Update: None of the clinics i emailed bother to answer, i guess they don't like money...
So i researched wart removal liquids and possible uses and deciced to try the weakest i could find, with salicylic acid as main ingredient. The worst that could happen with this would be a scar... i already have a scar, addind 3mm to it won't do much difference.
This product takes 6 weeks to remove a wart, it's very weak.
After using it a week the extra skin is already half height. I stopped today and i'm going to let it heal, the final result might become even smaller. I can always reapply later if i want it smaller.
I obviously applied with extreme care to not touch any surrounding skin, using a toothpick.
Even as it is now it's more acceptable. :)

Time to start sending emails to clinics explaining the situation and asking which kind of doctor will solve it.

I have a follow up appointment on the 21th of August. The issue is not that the hospital won't solve it, but when.
I was on waiting list for 2 and half years for an Urology appointment to get the surgery done in public health care. With this being mostly a cosmetic or a not very important health issue the only thing the Urologist is going to do is refer me to either the Dermatology or Plastic Surgery department of the hospital where i will be placed on waiting list again for an appointment.
Since this is a much smaller and simpler (and cheaper) thing to do than a frenuloplasty, i'm considering doing it in private care, but i don't know what specialty to go to. Is it Dermatology or is it Plastic Surgery?
I have also read online that this is not very uncommon to happen with a frenuloplasty (maybe it's hard to judge where the frenulum ends during surgery on a flacid and contracted penis) and some guys just solved it at home using wart removal liquid, however i'm afraid i'm don't have the dexterity to apply it (need to hold penis and apply it to underside, maybe those guys had someone to help them do it, i don't).
Thank's for Update, take care
