Do I have a scrotal Hernia?

About 1 year ago I decided to start lifting weights and I may have pushed my limit a little bit but also other than that I when I pooped I created a lot of pressure and suddenly one day I was feeling something on my scrotum but it didn't really cause me any pain and it wasn't swollen or anything so I just let it slide.
It kept getting a little bit bigger and sometimes it would cause my pain but only for some moments, when I lay down or go to bed it goes inside on it's own or I push it inside.
Im embarrased to tell my mom or go to the hospital because im scared of what it is, could someone help me out?

It sounds like you have a hemorrhoid. This can happen while pushing very hard, like during child birth, going number 2, or lifting heavy weights.
I recommend you do tell your mom about this. It's nothing to be embarrassed about because many people have hemorrhoids. The Dr will probably tell you to get an ointment and apply it a couple of times a day. This can help with the swelling and pain.
