Ya, avoid hospitals at all costs right now.  Not only are docs busy but it is like walking into the hot zone yourself risking getting the covid 19 too.  What about a pharmacy?  If you had a diagnosis before of a fungal infection, you could try treating this again with the same kind of cream.  https://www.healthline.com/health/mens-health/white-spots-on-foreskin#herpes  What did you use last year when this happened?  miconozole is common.  Your doctor may call in a prescription without seeing you right now if you call the and say it's the same as last time if they used a prescribed ointment on it.

Last time it went away without any cream usage .. today I tried to remove it using soap it gone now but not sure will back in the morning . Also head of the penis is violet now .  Suggest me a cream which is safe to use on uncircumcised pennis
You need to see a doctor. Don't try to treat this yourself. Just because it was one thing last year doesn't mean it is the same this year.

There must be a doctor you can see. Don't go to the hospital - this isn't a medical emergency, and hospitals are for emergencies.

Can you go to an urgent care or STD clinic? Even if it's not an STD, they'll be familiar with fungal infections, etc.
