Is my porn use effecting my erection?

I m 28 yr old. Have been using porn for more than 10yrs. Have been experiencing ED sincd couple of years but didn't know that it was ED. I am having real sex since a month and it was all ok for a month or so but now I noticed I don't get erections when we make out, even handjobs are not giving me erections.  Am I suffering from Erectyle disfunction? If yes, what should I do to get rid of it? Please help! I m desperate and I m slipping into suicidal mode. Please help!

From your description, you have a sexual partner now.  To overcome your ED, do not use porn and masturbation, but instead engage your partner for any sexual activities.  Don't concentrate on intercourse for now.  Enjoy all the other sensual things that you can do together and allow your partner to give you a slow handjob at least three times per week.  With you sitting back with no need to perform, your partner would sit between your legs, massaging your shaft with one hand and massaging your testicles with the other hand.  This should continue for a half-hour whether or not you gain an erection.  Of course, if you reach an erection, this activity should continue until your ejaculate.  In this way, the stress of the pressure to perform will not enter the picture.  Eventually, you will gain the confidence to try intercourse again.

Thank you for your help. I have googled about the said exercises and I have selected male deer exercise and kegel excercise. Will let you know  the progress
Do i have to abstain from sex for some days while I do these exercises?
I m scared of initiating sex, that i may fail to get an erection.
Do you have any suggestions regarding this?

Thank you once again

Docors may prescribe some medicine which may work. In case you want to know exercises for sexual health, you may look at the following exercise (Google)
Male deer exercise
kegel exercise
anal peripheral prostate massage
abdominal breathing for 10 minutes twice a day.
Mahaband ( yogic locks)
Pick up which you like and do them regularly. Keep patience. It will take time to show significant improvement. Best of luck.
