Hi, I am 36 and was diagnosed as klinefelter. I have small testicals and penis (penis is about 4” and girth also same). Can I get married? I do not have erection problem. Can I satisfy my partner.

In yoga, jalandhar Bandh (throat ecenter lock) is recommended for high blood pressure. just one month back, i was diagnoses for high B.P, we are still trying diifferent B blocker and diuretic. it is not fully tirrated. so as an adjunct therapy I am adding throat center Lock and Ujjai pranayam. Yes solace, I am well.I had acted on your suggestion and had consulted urologist.He had alfuzosin. It took almost three months. I also added Zolpidem to alprazolam (for Insomnia) Now i can sleep much better. Bathroom visits are almost normal.After many years I could normalize my B visits.Your suggestion helped me. My brother who is at Ohio  and who is a psychiatrist advised me to add zolpiden for insomnia. With less bath room visits it has heped. thanks again.

     As already clarified above, Klinefelters may not affect marital sexual pleasure. But, Klinefelters do have an implication with fertility.Even though at the time of marriage, fertility issue takes a back seat position compared to sexual pleasure, as you proceed in life, the fertility issue takes the front seat compared to any other issues. So I feel that you should get your fertility level assessed and both the partners should be mentally prepared before marriage if there is any inadequacy found with regard to fertility.
