Lost sensation in head of penis

I lost sensation in head of my penis , I can get hard still but I have no feeling in head of my penis and it just started a month ago and I am 42 years old I am not into having sex now because I don’t feel anything it has me really worried plz help

That's probably frustrating. A couple of questions. Since loss of sensation is often nerve related, have you had any injuries to your penis? Do you have peyonies disease (which is curvature to the penis, could be just forming)? Have you had a physical lately to see if you have any conditions like diabetes?
