Lump on Base of penis.

This morning I noticed a bump under the skin of my penis. The bump is located at the very base of the penis close to the pelvic bone and it's beside the big vein that goes up the front of the shaft of the penis Below the public area.

This bump doesn't hurt when I touch it, I can get erections, and urinating doesn't hurt either.

I can wiggle this bump around a little bit. I'm not sure if this bump is attached to the big vein that goes up the base of the penis because the bump is close to this big vein as mentioned above.

Guys have you heard of this bump underneath the skin before? What could it possibly be?

Definitely have a Dr look at it. There are some small sized lumps the feel sharp or multi-sided that are normal. There are some that can get as big as a sweeteam pea that are normal. Then both categories have things that are not normal. Luckily, penile cancer is seldom found inside the shaft; it is usually on it. Monitor it every other week, and if it grows or moves, go to the Dr right away. If it does not grow or cause problems, just wait until your next Dr visit.
