Lump under my armpit

Im a 16 years old male. I noticed a lump under my armpit around 2 months ago, the colour is kind of red. at first it was painful but then it got small and the pain died off. even though the lump got smaller ,it is still there and its not visible anymore, I can still feel it under my skin. i cant move it around and it is stuck to my skin.

Hi,
This is due to the swelling of a lymph node, which reacts to an infection in the nearby area and subsides of its own after the infection is over; but while going back, they may not shrink completely. Arm pit lymph node swelling is also very common due to increased usage of  of antiperspirants, in such cases, allow skin sweating and wash the area clean instead of preventing perspiration.

Its not something serious. But if it persists I would suggest a visit to your family doctor for starters

Take care
