My scrotum skin ia becoming scales like and is comming off

I am 20yrs old
Around since  1 year back my scrotum skin started to become dry and became like scales of fish n comes off in small small pieces when i pull them and leaves behind soft skin but sometimes it leaves behind reddish inner skin which burns a lot
I hv started applying a lot of oil or moisturiser on my scrotum which prevents it from dryin as I use them daily before they start drying. But if I rub my scrotom little hard then the outer skin comes off and becomes reddish. Sometimes even it sticks to my panty and comes off when I take my panty off
it even sometime comes off when I just apply soap on my scrotum while bathing and starts burning n becomes reddish
please suggest me what to do and some medicine or ointment if possible.

Hi J The thing this is a visual thing, but could be a yeast infection, and sea salt is very good at clearing that away for you.

Hi J, Dermatologist, for skin problems, you see a gynaecologist when you fall pregnant, and if you do that you will be a record breaker, as for on line doctors they all cost, to ask I think you find is free, but to get an answer you pay, and that's the catch.

is it a dermatologist or gynecologist or some other specialist?
And is there any site to talk to a doctor for free?

Hi J, Could be a yeast infection, so this is were the sea salt comes into play, it will help clean and heal your skin, and should help clear it away, and the aloe vera gel is very good for skin, if you know anything about aloe vera gel, your find a real good skin healer, so you will then have two thigs working for your skin.

my scrotum skin has become v thin
now since I apply lots of moisturiser they dont dry up or become scales like but on slight rub the skin becomes reddish n reveals inner skin which burns a lot.
even it often sticks to my panty n it becomes slight reddish n burns.
so the clearing up thing u said is not what I am looking for because they themselved get cleared
what want to know is what might b causing this and how to stop this

Hi J, I'm a great believer in natural things, so give this a try.
Give your scrotum a soak in warm water with sea salt in it, after you dried them give them 5 minutes then apply some aloe vera gel, try doing this twice a day for a week and see how it goes, if it starts to clear up, just do it for 1 more week, by then you should be OK
