There is a growth on my penis head. I am worried about it.

I am 29 and I haven't been into sexual intercourse. Small pimple like things appear on my penis head, of which one is particularly noticeable. There is no pain or itching on or around it. Is this a genital wart or something of that sort?  I have seen it only recently, may be a month or two ago. It doesn't seem to grow that much; I'm not sure if it had grown or not , to be honest

I had something like that years ago.  My urologist burned it off with an electric needle under local anesthesia.
