Penis Question

Hello everyone. This is my first time doing something of like this. I am just seeking some opinions on what I can/should do. I just turned 24 not to long ago and I am hovering around 340-345 pounds, but I am losing weight. I have always been overweight even while I was a youth. My problem is (and this is very embarrassing to say) is that whenever I am not erect, my penis is fully retracted into my body. When fully erect, I am about 4 1/2-5", with some still left being inside of my body and I feel cheated. My girlfriend and I have plenty of intercourse, but I often ejaculate prematurely thusly ruining the moment. What can I do to fix this issue? I really would like for my penis to be bigger and longer because I feel like I am too small and inadequate. I also would like suggestions on what to do about my premature ejaculation problem because thats really bothering me. Thanks.

The one problem might be related to the other, if your penis and its position in relation to your body weight, makes you self-conscious and you ejaculate early because of it.  I've known guys who have lost a lot of weight and have heard that the penis does look much longer by comparison when they shed the pounds.  I would suggest really going to town on the weight loss and exercise, and things should improve in all kinds of ways.

For what it's worth, a girlfriend of mine who had been 400 lbs. at her peak told me (after she had lost more weight than I weighed at that time) that one of the things she did that mattered a lot in her battle was to see a therapist.  She said for every pound she lost, another reason she had put on the weight became apparent.  Do take weight loss seriously if you want to live, also take it as being as much a mental battle as a matter of the right diet or exercise plan.  It takes a lot of emotional imbalance to hold extra weight from the natural set-point of a body, and as the weight goes away, sometimes pain is revealed.  Go at it from a mental viewpoint as well as a physical one.  Good luck.

Hey Thanks! I am currently doing the Insanity program and have shed quite a few pounds and hopefully it will continue. I really appreciate your comment.
