Scrotum Ultrasound Result

Hello
Im 34 years old with an average to poor diet (that im working on).
Recently I started getting a mild burn (almost a muscle contraction) in my urethra after I urinate. Not during, not before. Generally comes and goes and I cant put a finger on when and how often.
Since then I started getting mild pain and discomfort in my scrotum when my bladder was fill (or filling). My testicles felt like they were heavy or aching.
My doctor sent me for an ultrasound and prescribed Cipro for 7 days.
The result of the ultrasound came back with MILD fluid buildup on the right side, and MILD stones or crystals(beginning).
I have since been referred to a urologist for follow up.
Can anyone interpret this for me? Is this something to be worried about?

Some additional background - No lumps or anything else. I have a weak bladder, I have to urinate sometimes 3 times an hour when I drink lots of water.
No other pain or symptoms.
