Psoriasis/fungi/STD on penis?

OK, after doing a lot of anxious reading on this I figured some knowledgeable people on here might soothe my anxiety til i go get this checked out.

About a month ago after I happened to have unprotected sex with a female friend of mine who had recently had the flu I got sick. A few days with a fever and a runny nose plus a cough that lasted for about a week and swollen lymph nodes and a sore throat that would persist for about a month (i may have exasperated the condition by smoking and avoiding antibiotics)
This all however didn't worry me since good p*ssy is worth occasionally getting the flu in my book.. However a few weeks down the line I started developing symptoms a little too close to my comfort for an STD..
My scrotum turned red and got extremely sensitive to heat and very itchy but I figured i might have just cooked my balls since i was doing a lot of lying in bed, sweating with a computer on my lap with less than perfect hygiene and after a week it's now hardly noticeable and warm water in the shower doesnt cause as much pain as it did the first days (could have just scratched up my scrotum).
Buttt now i also get the occasional but very slight burning while urinating - indicating a UTI, possibly a slight bladder infection from my weakened immune system and/or the detoxifying ive been doing with special teas and salt water AND i also developed my main concern - dry flaky skin circumfering(circling) under the tip of my penis on the foreskin (ringworm!???), with small skin colored spots too. AND a couple bumps on the tip of my penis next to the urethra, one larger and a bit scaly. Except for those on the tip the foreskin it's not really itchy, perhaps cus i've been rubbing coconut oil on it for a few days now which helps but hasnt quite gotten rid of it.

I also have been getting a psoriasis outbreak worse than usual probably due to my weakened immune system/stress levels, which leads me to believe my psoriasis finally got a hold of my d*ck..which sucks but i guess is better than the odd chance of some STD.

So my guess is either some yeast infection or chlamydia or psoriasis or both of the latter working together cus that ring of dry skin under the tip of my penis on the foreskin doesnt really act or look like psoriasis to me, making a full circle and no real psoriasis-like "lesions" except for the small one on the tip which appeared at the same time.. thoughts?
