It most likely means you have salty sweat, which is really common -

Talk to your doctor to be sure everything is okay, especially if this is new and you haven't started a new exercise program that would cause you to sweat more, or moved to a warmer climate, etc., but it's most likely nothing to worry about.

but I am not exercising.
i am sitting long hours to study for university exams.
it's fortunate that I detected this situation in my body in the early stages.
that are prevention and cure.
what are its cure and prevention?
plz help.
thanks.
even if I am not sweating.
there is some type of blurry whitish layer on my feet.it may also be on other parts of my body.
the problem is not sweating but the slats that appear on my body, if that thing is salt.
My son has had these. Males do just sweat. It happens. Exercise or not. But another sweat issue is stress. It's a real thing. Hormones make us perspire. It really is nothing to be concerned with and is quite normal. Sure, it's a pain for laundry. But depending on your age, it's totally a normal thing. Particularly on light colors, you can see it. Do you use a stain remover when you wash your clothes on the area?
house females wash clothes in a washing machine. they use surf detergent.
Okay, so they do your laundry? (laundry isn't hard to do, maybe take this task over so you are in charge?).  But some 'spray and wash' is commonly used here on armpit stains. Spray some on before you toss i laundry with other detergent. But you may still get some staining. It's kind of normal as a shirt gets a lot of wear. Keep using stain spray on it though to keep it going longer. Also, make sure you let your deodorant dry before putting on your shirt. That can leave white marks.
@GuitarRox

i will ask more health-related questions as they come to my mind.
