Painful 247

Okay this is dating back 6 months ago now and have been dealing with this(just) for a long minute now and I'm fed up with this.
I'm 29 years old and fit, eat healthy, and drink lots or water, don't drink alcohol, I smoke.
Had unprotected sex one night stand(yes I know) I took 2 viagra and had sex and passed out, Only 3 days later i noticed a feeling in my tip that felt FRESH, like when youve cleaned your mouth and breath in cold air feeling, I'm at the stage now where my anxiety levels have dropped atleast 70% but I am still suffering what I would describe as burning feeling stinging feeling, and CONSTANT & red rash or red around eye of penis, I can go most mornings without it until I urinate then the rest of the day it has a feeling down there..

I've had Flexible cystoscopy, everything was healthy and normal, had the STD,STI general panel and the two swabs for herpies down my ureatha. Everything has come back negative.

WHAT I have taken
: Azithromycin (6 days after intercourse)
doxycycline 10 day course
cephalexin, not sure for how long
ceftriaxone injection

Still no relief
Also to mention I went a period of 2 weeks straight of sore testicles moderate pain and got a ultrasound done and they said it was or looked like hydrocele, this can come on once a week maybe.
I am now on 6 week antidepressants cause this might be in my head, which I am not believing cause of the pain it and feeling it brings on I am in a happy place, just had a month off work and on holiday and still dealing  with this

I have another phone consult with my specialist in a week anything I should bring up

I beg for help.

When you talk with your doctor, ask about whether the antibiotics could have cleared out useful biological flora that keep the urethra feeling normal. If a woman takes antibiotics, she often will kill so much of the natural (useful) flora in her vagina that she gets a yeast infection. If you have stripped the cupboard bare of bad stuff and useful stuff alike by taking antibiotics, it's worth wondering if something is gone that usually is there and is desirable. Given this possibility, don't take more antibiotics, maybe take something that counterbalances the tendency antibiotics have to remove everything, good and bad.

To replace lost desirable stuff in their systems after antibiotics, people often take probiotics. (If you do, try to get them cold from the health-food store's fridge, not just as pills.) Also, it is apparently possible for a guy to get a yeast infection; I just looked on the Mayo Clinic site and here's the link. https://www.mayoclinic.org/male-yeast-infection/expert-answers/faq-20058464 . Women can get over-the-counter creams and suppositories for this kind of infection, probably such products are available for guys too. If you are curious that this might be what is going on, you could test the theory by trying something like Vagisil cream on the tip and see if it helps at all.

Good luck!

Thank you very much for your input I am currently seeing someone about this as we speak about a yeast infection, fingers crossed
And I also know this woman I slept with was on lots of medication.
And just in now, in my chaotic world the girl I had intercourse with sent me her (recent) STD results and everything negative!!
Sometimes in someone's panic that they got an STD, they take too many antibiotics, and the antibiotics themselves cause a problem. You probably didn't have any kind of STD in the first place, but might have cleared away all the protective flora and made yourself open to an opportunistic infection of something else, which is why I was thinking of yeast infections. I'm glad you are going to discuss it with the doctor. Just, knock off the antibiotics. :-)
Appreciate your comments, thank you again
Annie, I am now feeling better using anti fungal cream it's taken the pain away about 90% but still am struggling with it, do you think I have balanitis and need a stronger steroid cream.
You were speaking to a doctor, when is that appointment to do that? The fact that it is 'almost' better as 90 percent would indicate says that you are on the right path in terms of treatment. Give it a bit longer.
As I was thinking just needed someone else's thought, my doctor still remains to think it's in my head and continue using the antidepressants, I'm on week 2 of then out of 6. I really was just mentioning this too see if an antibiotic would be recommended to kill whatever is inside while im applying external, thanks again
No, antibiotics don't cure yeast infections, and if an anti-fungal cream is working there is at least a chance that is what you've got. No on steroid creams, so many men write in that they get thinning skin on the penis that they blame on  steroid creams. Just stick with an ant-fungal cream.
*anti-fungal*
Okay, and again I thank you, been dealing with this way to long, has been a long ride.
When the cream is applied everything is better but at work now feels back to normal, I'm going to book into a dermatologist, and get his opinions (it's just a constant sting at end, also sometimes looks like either side of the opening lips are raised.)
I'm constantly posting sorry but am so over thi
What my symptoms are:
it feels Warm/hot, if I apply pressure it can somewhat relieve pain, constant sting, visible swelling on either side of lip(not all the time) can be red including red splots internal at opening, can sometimes make my stream all over show, also sometimes opening can be more open like its trying to breath
I've never had discharge, sometimes it can look like the glands on top of the penis are raised too, but not sure if it was like that prior or not
When you see the dermatologist, be sure to tell him that you felt a 90% improvement when on anti-fungal cream. There are oral anti-fungal medicines, possibly if the derm finds this to be evidence that the problem has to be fungal, he could prescribe one.
Thank you this will be my last post now till I have a result, and I will share that information, thank you again sometimes it's just good to talk to someone about this appreciate it
Hey man I had the same problem as you, I answered your question on my post but most of the burn and irritated head went away but do u still have to pee or feel like it?
Ramiro2671 thanks mate I shall inform my doctor when I'm back that it could be this, slowly slowly doing my my head in especially cause I'm getting told it's anxiety which I barely suffer with, what did you end up using and how are you now ?
I always feel like theirs urine sitting in my ureatha that I can hold comfortably. But 10 minutes after I do urinate it stings mild burn, if I stand it's okay if I sit back to the pain
