Small Tears On My Penis Wont Heal

So here's how it started. My girlfriend and I or 2 years are very sexual people. A couple months ago, we were starting to have sex but she wasn't fully "ready" yet (not wet enough). We were so into it tho that we tried anyway, and after enough time we got going pretty good. Once we were finished I noticed that around the base of the head of my penis and around the shaft there were tiny horinzontal tears, a few of which were slightly bleeding. So, right off the bat i know my problem is from that. However, since then everytime my girlfriend and I have sex they re-open in the same spots. We've waited as much as 3 weeks for the healing process, but it seems no matter how long we wait, they just reopen. They dont necessarily hurt all that much, but they tend to sting right after. I've tried a number of differnt remedies from Neosporin, to Vitamin E gel, to Bandaid cut stuff to hydoperoxide (which tends to be my test to see if they are still open (fizzing and stinging and that means they are still open). Ive even resorted to blistex. Nothing seems to fix this. any suggestions out there. We now ALWAYS use some sort of Lube (KY gel or Wet) but it doesnt seem to help. this is really killing our sex life and i can tell she is getting very frustrated with the whole thing as am i. Frankly im afraid to have sex even when they LOOK healed. like i said before we are VERY sexual people and im afraid this is going to hurt our relationship ALOT. Thanks in advance.

i have experienced this for about a year, in my case i used nizoral and lamisil ointment alternately for about 2 weeks. twice a day. then after 30 minutes i put aquaphor healing ointment to lubricate it. use cotton boxer brief. then you must cure internally also eat only meat, eggs and vegetables, avoid alcohol and sweets and grains for 3 months...

Check to see if this is a condition called "Balanitis". It's when increased sugar is expelled from the body through urination and is common in men who have diabetes.

I had this issue off and on for a few years. The first time I had it for about a year before I figured out it was just a yeast infection and I used 3 different over the counter creams before I got rid of it. Think it was Lotrimin. The last time I had this it was for about 6 months and no cream was doing it, it would tear with even the lightest masturbation or sex. It didn't matter if I didn't touch it for a month, I would still get tears with even the lightest of touch. I was getting pretty damn depressed about it. I finally decided to try Man 1 Man Oil because of the claims it makes about basically rebuilding the skin with all the vitamins and minerals. I figured my skin was just never healing properly. This stuff is amazing, I have used it for about a month and a half and now I am free of this annoying condition. I went about 2 weeks without sexual activity and after those 2 weeks I never had another tear.   I suggest you maybe wait longer than that though just to be safe. I definitely don't recommend any steroid creams just based on all the different forums I've been on and the fact that those creams only weaken your skin. If you have used that cream I recommend you use Man 1 Oil to get it back to perfect health and build the skin back up. I know this is a old thread but I was hoping someone that has this problem would read this and not have to suffer anymore. Best of luck to you gents.

I had the exact same issues, for 7 months now. Then I read this thread and once I was armed with the knowledge that it was called "fissures" I searched and found this:

http://www.interestingarticles.com/mens-health-issues/dealing-with-penis-cuts--where-they-come-from-and-how-to-heal-9705.html

Basically, it claims that it is a yeast infection. So I went to the store and got some nonprescription medication for a yeast infection (Lotrimin Ultra). I've used it for 2 weeks now and I'm completely healed. The fissure is not only gone, the skin is as strong as the rest of the skin again! From reading this feed I'm confident that most of you on here had the same thing I did. Its not hard to fix. Wash with soap thoroughly, twice a day. Dry, then when the skin is fully dry apply the Lotrimin Ultra. When you masturbate use lotion, then immediately wash with soap afterwards, dry, and reapply. Give it two weeks and let us all know ;-).

Try 1 part Unrefined Virgin coconut oil and 2 parts Zinc Oxide powder. Mix into a paste and apply on affected area for 3 times a day for 7 days. Wound will heal fast.

Caution: don't force penetration during sex when it's dry. After any tear, men usually become conscious and more fearful of penetration and can ruin your sex life if not careful. Always stay lubricated and take precaution.

Good luck guys!
