Probably the best thing is to talk to your doctor and get a referral to a urologist. Have you already been told by a doctor that the problem is your prostate, or do you just assume it is? There are things that can be done to help with prostate problems, and some have good results. How well the medical solution addresses the problem depends on what the problem exactly is. But yes, some guys who have prostate issues do get good results from medical help. See your doctor.
Are you waking up several times a night because you have to go? Is it interfering with your life a lot? For minor problems, your regular doc can prescribe meds if you want to take them. Some just reduce pressure around the area so it's not on the prostate, while others affect more than that and can have permanent side effects for some people. Your regular doc should also be testing your prostate size every time you get a physical and can also order an ultrasound to see if your bladder is emptying properly. Sometimes this comes and goes. There are natural remedies that sometimes help and sometimes don't. A good formula combines them or your can use them separately, but be wary of what company you buy them from -- don't buy anything sold directly from the manufacturer on the internet and avoid most anything advertised on TV or radio. The best most reliable brands don't do that. But do remember, before you do anything on your own you have to know the problem is the most usual one for someone your age, which is an enlarged prostate. Most men your age have one but how much it affects them is quite different. So the first step is to see your primary care physician but again if you're getting your yearly exam you should be getting it checked anyway. If you're determined to be at high risk for prostate cancer you should also be getting a test for that as well at your yearly exam. So the basics should be covered if you have a doctor and you're getting regular exams. If you aren't, you should be at your age. If there's a problem that isn't easily solved and it's badly affecting your life, that's when you see a urologist. They are mostly surgeons, and so they are mostly determining if the situation is so bad you need surgery, or if your regular doc can't fix it with the basic stuff or you've tried the natural route and that didn't help either.
